Movement Classes
Every Tuesday, 6 PM EST
Start shifting identification with bodily sensation and mental dialogue, to a state of observation and ultimate identification with the divine self.
Hear me out, we can actually change the circuitry of the brain to help us be more peaceful and compassionate, simply by directing our thoughts, movements, and imaginations.
Humans are complex, filled with both softness and strength, need for dependence and independence, we can love dirt and sand, mountains and the beach. Everyday we make decisions that impact our story and cause us to seek balance and stabilization as we integrate one thing with the other in quiet personal moments in order to align out physical selves with out soul selves.
This is where embodied yoga asana comes in. Through this practice, we gradually begin to unveil the existing happiness in every cell and tissue of the body, every thought-wave of the mind. This heightens our overall frequency, which effects how we approach life, and effects everyone and everything surrounding us.
If you take my class, you know that I like to open by calling in a frequency, and often do this by beginning to activate the heart space. Our heart space is infinite. The capacity that it can hold is infinite.
The scaffolding of postures or poses offer us an opportunity to develop a greater relationship with ourselves, too.
When we’re feeling anchored, it is easier to take ourselves into the world.
Every time you step onto your yoga mat is an opportunity to get clear on who you are, what you care about, and where you’re going.

Consistency is easier than you think, more powerful than you can imagine, and you can take our community anywhere you go

Meditation is the practice that supports everything else you do in life.
It’s easier than you might think.
And you can take it (and our community) anywhere you go.
When you create a little time to be still, you feel restored, and empowered to transcend old patterns with compassion.
Relationships improve, sleep improves, and you have the power to handle challenges with grace.
There is no magic pill or a quick fix. I’m speaking from experience, and a desire to share the power of self-observation.
While I do feel something shift after one meditation, the real magic is in consistency.
I don’t always want to be still, so I’ve created this community to make it accessible for you to treat your inner health with respect.
We all have something to practice, and showing up together makes everything better.
