I’m Bella!
For the past five years, I have owned and operated my own wellness business based in New York, hosting workshops, curating events, and teaching hundreds of community classes in person and online. Building this loving space of connection and movement has changed the trajectory of my life.
My mission is to support people along their own journey to self, through my knowledge, experience, and of course, learning from my mistakes, too. I’m now based in Montana, but travel frequently back east for work and family, but mostly for my little nephews.
Before teaching, I was a journalist in search of language that felt honest.
When I began teacher trainings, I learned that I could use my voice in a new way by guiding others inward through story, breath, and presence.
I teach yoga and mindfulness as a practice of helping my students return to their most peaceful and powerful selves.
My approach is precise, and rooted in the belief that the body is a place of deep truth. On the mat, we work slowly and with awareness. We pay attention to the details of posture, sensation, breath, and reaction - not to perfect anything, but to listen. During community events, we connect with nature and each other.
Over time, this attentive practice has helped me cultivate patience, compassion, and steady relationships. Yoga has taught me how to meet my own experiences with more grace, clarity, and trust. I’m here to help you do the same, and to discover your own strength, softness, and inner knowing along the way.
