Hi, I’m Bella

I’m so glad you’re here

I teach yoga as a practice of helping my students returning to their most peaceful and powerful selves.

My approach is intentional, precise, and rooted in the belief that the body can be a place of deep conversation and truth.

I came to yoga during my last year of college, practicing in a tiny basement studio in upstate New York.

At the time, I was a journalist, in search of language that felt honest. Years later, when I began my teacher trainings, I realized I could use my voice in a new way — guiding others inward through story, breath, and presence.

On the mat, we work slowly and with awareness. We pay attention to the details of posture, sensation, breath, and reaction — not to perfect anything, but to listen. Over time, this attentive practice cultivates patience, compassion, and a steadier relationship to ourselves.

Yoga has taught me how to meet my own experiences with more grace, clarity, and trust.

I’m here to help you do the same — and discover your own strength, softness, and inner knowing along the way.
