     Wednesday 6:00-7:00PM EST

    Classes are slow, intentional, and deeply grounding, offering students the space to soften, listen, and reconnect. With training in Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, Bella weaves mindful cueing and thoughtful sequencing to support joint health, connective tissue hydration, and emotional balance. Holds are purposeful and accessible, with variations that honor individual anatomy and lived experience. My aim is to guide you toward a deeper awareness of your body and breath.

  • Vinyasa

    Thursday  6:00-7:00PM EST

    Classes are a seamless integration of classical yoga and modern flow and mobility. I blend clear, alignment-forward instruction with an encouraging, inclusive energy that supports students of all levels. Every class is an opportunity to refine the understanding and relationship between mind, body, and heart, and with the world around us. Space is always left for relaxation and meditation and the practice is well-organized and detailed yet soft and playful, including core strengthening and balancing postures.

    Friday  8:00-8:30AM

    I offer a steady, accessible space to slow down, tune inward, and cultivate presence. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and simple mindfulness techniques, I aim to support you in settling your nervous system and develop a clearer relationship with your inner landscape. My approach is practical and compassionate, emphasizing consistency over perfection and awareness over effort. Each class invites you to meet the moment as it is - building focus, emotional resilience, and a sense of ease that extends beyond the mat and into daily life.

  • Mobility

    Monday 12-1PM EST

    I’m here to help you move freely. Think of this as your maintenance class. We focus on improving joint health, functional range of motion, and body awareness through intentional, low-impact movement. Each class supports stability, control, and ease for everyday movement.

  • Private Sessions

    Designed specifically for you, to meet you where you are.

    Each lesson is curated with a focus on fundamentals for a sustainable practice, including functional strength training to maintain and tone muscle mass, and mobility exercises that transcend postures in order to support muscle tissue and increase range of motion.

    Get curious about your edges, understand your proportions and use your potential.

    You will leave with exercises for homework.

  • Online Meditation Immersion

    Connect with your essence.

    Meditation is entering a state of stillness mentally and physically.

    During this month-long series of classes, we will meet once per week and begin the journey toward being vs. doing: the practice of observation. Each session will include breath-work, visualization and reflection. All sessions will be recorded in case you miss it. 

    With practice, we learn how to harness the ocean of our thoughts so that we have more freedom to have positive daily experiences. 

    Make a commitment to yourself and expand from there. Things flow better when there's steadiness.

    This package includes weekly online classes throughout the month.
